Set in rural Queensland, the delicate “Twigs of Pink” was styled by photographer, Katherine Bailey of Twig and Fawn Photography. Inspired by her love of the Japanese Cherry Blossom, and the Australian outback – she conveys her love of Kintsugi to the shoot, captivating every detail, with these very talented vendors to help create this dreamy shoot.

Katherine started up by teaming up with Jessica and Bindy from New England Flower Co., who created an oversized cherry blossom dream bouquet. Sized at 1m in width, this gorgeous bouquet featured, the  Japanese blossom and intertwined with magnolia branch and pink thyrptomene, an Australian wildflower.

The same tantalising florals were used to create the buttonhole to adorn the masculine suit worn by Alex. Bianca Sylk Model, was joined, by her real life beau, Alex for this beautiful shoot. Bianca began by adorning the beautiful Bella dress from Goddess by Nature. Bella with her show-stopping presence calls for all eyes on her as she seduces its audience with a sheer polka-dot tulle & lace hand appliqué bodice with visible boning on the bodice. This gown is bold … with her sweetheart neckline & slightly sheer bodice, it hugs the hips in the most flattering way before extending into a dropped-waist skirt style embracing the hourglass shape with a full show-stopping long lace & tulle train that extends around her.

Alex is dressed in a Wil Valor bespoke suit. This light grey suit is made from a 7 ounce Zegna fabric from Australian wool. The fabric falls beautifully on the body and is all about creating that subtle elegance. Teamed with a black satin bow tie and crisp white shirt, this suit compliments the bride’s dress and cherry blossom bouquet perfectly.

Embracing this season’s make up trend “a glow from within”, Shannon Hope Makeup Artist, worked with Bianca Sylk Model’s natural stunning features to achieve this amazing look. Shannon pushed her own creative boundaries with teased curls for an effortless feel. Adding in gold foil, in the hair line and décolletage to add interest channelling the saying “she who leaves a trail of gold is not forgotten”.

Once the sun had set, Katherine photographed Bianca in Angelina, a light pink bridal gown, by Goddess by Nature. Angelina is for the modern bride with its v-neckline, thin straps and open lace-up detail romanticising the back. A soft and subtle blush coloured lining adding a warm pinkish hue, highlighting the intricate design of the stunning European floral lace. With a mermaid figure hugging, silhouette it accentuates the female body then flowing out to a long breathtaking lace train. Adorned by the Fern Crown, created by Dawn at Lavender and Lilac. The delicate two toned crown featured lazer cut leaves of silver which reflected the last golden, pink drops of sunlight over the golden Rhodes grass field.
